Ivan Hsiao (they/he/she)
Founder & CEO
Ivan Hsiao, MPH is a leading voice at the intersection of academic research, healthtech innovation, and transgender health equity, founding Trans Health HQ after supporting other trans people through their care journeys and facing challenges of their own.
Ivan teaches the graduate seminar on transgender health at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, where they also conduct research on the use of sex and gender in clinical algorithms and the mental health of trans youth, and has educated over 40,000 people about the importance of centering the trans community in medicine and healthcare in forums such as the National Institutes of Health and the Harvard Convocation 2024.
Formerly, they were a healthcare management consultant and Global Head of DEI as well as an Entrepreneur-in-Residence at Bay Area venture studio.
Ivan received their MPH from Harvard University and B.A. from Columbia University.
Morgan Willison (she/they)
Product & Analytics Lead
Morgan Willison is a proud LGBTQ+ community member with extensive experience in community-based trans healthcare and academic research.
Prior to joining Trans Health HQ, Morgan was an academic researcher at Northwestern University where they studied best practices in gender-affirming care at leading clinics in the United States and Thailand, presenting her work at the 2025 Moving Trans History Forward Conference.
Morgan has played an integral role in curating and vetting trans health resources for the Trans Health HQ Access & Information Hub. Passionate about standing up for trans rights and health equity, she’s proud to be facilitating access to dignified, affirming healthcare for all.
Morgan graduated Magna Cum Laude, with honors from Northwestern University. Their B.A. was in Psychology and Gender & Sexuality Studies, with a minor in Anthropology.
Toula Sierros (he/him)
Community Lead
Toula Sierros is a queer, trans, and deeply community-driven strategist passionate about building robust queer and trans community on online platforms.
Toula’s work is grounded in lived experience. As someone who has navigated the complexities of accessing gender-affirming care, he brings a personal understanding of the stakes and urgency behind Trans Health HQ’s mission.
With a track record of shaping the way queer brands, nonprofits, and grassroots initiatives engage and build trust with the queer and trans community, Toula is shaping Trans Health HQ’s narrative change strategy through creative storytelling and peer-to-peer health education both online and in-person.
Toula received his B.A. from Smith College.
