Devoted Health's LGBTQ Workgroup Partners with Trans Health HQ

Devoted Health's LGBTQ workgroup partnered with Trans Health HQ to understand industry best practices and quality improvement opportunities for gender-affirming care. For Trans Awareness Week, Trans Health HQ gave a workshop on how Medicare Advantage plans can reduce grievance rates, accelerate time-to-care, and increase member satisfaction by improving care navigation for transgender plan members - solving distinct access barriers experienced by the trans community with solutions developed by the community.
