USPATH Scientific Symposium 2025 Invites Trans Health HQ to Share Data Readout on Gender-Affirming Care Navigation Platform

Trans Health HQ was invited to speak at the 2025 USPATH Scientific Symposium. We shared the key healthcare access barriers that we are addressing by way of our systems-level infrastructure for gender-affirming care navigation, and how we are supporting 16,000+ users to make decisions about their healthcare, resolve issues with insurance, and address social needs.

The accelerated uptake on our platform - we have 270x the number of users vs. mid-January - suggests that a scalable care navigation platform - created by and for the trans community - could equip the transgender and gender-expansive community and healthcare teams with the tools to more swiftly identify and resolve health and health-related social needs of the trans community.
