FAQs

Get Involved

  • Stay in touch with us via email. We’ll send updates about our work, affirming resources we’re finding, and opportunities to connect.

Amplify our social media content. Follow us on Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X. Viewing, linking, and sharing our content there helps us reach the trans and gender-expansive folks who need our resources most.

Give via GiveButter. Your support allows us to keep the Access & Information Hub free and up-to-date for thousands of trans people moving all over the United States and abroad for life-saving healthcare.

    Contribute a resource.

    • Whether you love your doctor, found a mutual aid organization that helped you during your top surgery recovery, or worked on something cool for the trans community – we’d love for other trans people to use it too.

    • Go to this form (https://bit.ly/THHQ-Hub-Feedback) and input at least the link to your resource, and we’ll review it within 30 days. It will expedite the process, but is not required, if you include as much of the following information as possible – resource title and description, organization title and description, location (country, state, city), and any details such as cost and whether it is virtual vs. in-person.

Rally your community. Want to help us maintain resources in a particular region or content area? Fill out this form and indicate in “Other,” or send a note to care@thhq.org, and we’ll get in touch! THANK YOU!

Learn. We don’t just have resources for trans and gender-expansive people on the hub. Anyone can learn more about trans healthcare and support our community! If you’re a healthcare provider, check out our Clinician Hub here, curated for all specialties. For family of trans folks, check out our “Tools for Caregivers & Parents of Trans Individuals” category. We also have Guidance for Gender-Inclusive Schools, which can be found under Advocacy & Education.

About the Access & Information Hub

  • Nope! It is and will always be free. We do not want to gatekeep publicly available, life-saving information from our own community behind a paywall.

For college health centers, health plans, and hospitals, we have a digital gender-affirming care navigation platform that helps these institutions address trans people’s critical health and social needs. Send us an email at care@thhq.org if you want to be the first to try out this tool – for free.

  • Everywhere, actually. We have users on all continents except Antarctica, but the majority of our resources are developed in or based out of North America.

Want to help change that? Suggest local resources wherever you are by sending them to this form (https://bit.ly/THHQ-Hub-Feedback) – input at least the link to your resource, and we’ll review it within 30 days!

  • You’ll be prompted to enter your email before entering the Access & Info Hub. This “wall” keeps our Access & Info Hub safe from web crawlers, and allows the right people accessing this hub. All user data is encrypted, and visible only to our 100% queer, trans & non-binary team. We will never sell your data, nor send you spam.

Need more help navigating the hub? Check out our About page here or check out our How-To posts on our social media.

  • Currently, the Hub only supports personal email providers such as Gmail, Hotmail, Outlook, or Yahoo. Email addresses with custom domains (for example, morgan@thhq.org) are not supported at this time.

To access the Hub, you can create a free personal email account (Google, Outlook, or Yahoo) in just a few steps. Once you have one, you’ll be able to sign in and use all features of the Hub.

  • To keep our community safe from spam, transphobia, or inauthentic content, all reviews are manually reviewed before appearing on the Hub. This process helps ensure that only genuine community experiences are shared.

Once your review has been assessed, it will be published shortly. Please know we will never hide or remove authentic negative experiences from trans and gender-expansive community members.
